Any time you participate as a respondent in one of our surveys, whether in person or by telephone, mail or Internet, you can be assured:

• That your individual responses will be kept confidential and never linked to your personal identifying information without your express permission.
• In the event that your responses are to be shared with the client, you will be told so and given the option to remain anonymous.
• That your personal identifying information will never be sold to anyone.
• That you are free to choose whether or not to participate in a survey, free to choose not to answer any specific questions and free to discontinue participation at any time.
• If we are to tape record the interviews for quality assurance purposes, permission will be obtained first.

We maintain strict privacy standards that are consistent with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada).

And we review our Privacy Policy regularly to make sure that it is relevant and remains current with changing industry standards, technologies and laws.

The Dunvegan Group is a member of C.S.R.C. (Canadian Survey Research Council), P.M.R.S. (Professional Marketing Research Society), CAMA (Canadian Agri-Marketing Association) and BBB (Better Business Bureau). These organizations set standards to which members must adhere and which also protect your privacy.
